As a responsible employer, it is important to us to promote diversity in our teams and to provide employment opportunities to all people equally. Since 2017, we have been collaborating with the Japanese non-governmental organization (NGO) Association for Aid and Relief (AAR) to give persons with disabilities, the opportunity to gain an insight into the day-to-day business activities of Myanmar Brewery Limited. For one week, selected intern attend our internship program to learn about Myanmar Brewery Limited, the industry and attend courses on capacity building. Our interns get to know our employees and their regular workplace. In 2020, the internship program took place online.
